The Patient, Family and Caregiver (PFaC) Network for the Ottawa Valley Ontario Health Team (OVOHT) is recruiting new members!

PFaC brings the views and experiences of patients, families and caregivers into the design and ongoing operations of the OVOHT and works to ensure the health care system is responsive to and engaged with patients, families and caregivers.
